Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing to rent our houseboat! To ensure a smooth rental experience, please review our payment policy outlined below:

  1. Reservation Deposit:

    • Upon making a reservation, a non-refundable deposit (50%) of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking.
    • This deposit is essential to reserve your preferred dates.
  2. Remaining Amount:

    • The remaining amount of the rental fee must be paid at least one week prior to the scheduled rental date.
    • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit may be forfeited.
  3. Accepted Payment Methods:

    • We accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. In the last case, the client must visit our central office at 17 El Alamein Street, Nea Ionia, 142 31.
    • Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
  4. Additional Fees:

    • Any additional services or equipment requested during the rental period, such as fuel, speedboat operator, or optional amenities, will incur additional charges.
    • These charges will be added to the final invoice.
  5. Late Return Fee:

    • The houseboat must be returned at the agreed-upon place and time. A late return fee will be applied otherwise.
  6. Taxes:

    • All rental fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be included in the final invoice.
