Thank you for choosing to rent our houseboat. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Visitor:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible.
•  In case of cancellation, the initial reservation deposit (50%) is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled rental date, we are obligated to  
           refund any amount you have paid, excluding the initial deposit.
• If the cancellation is made within a period of less than 14 days before the scheduled rental date,
  the paid amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Owner:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including the reservation deposit.
• We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible and work with you to find suitable alternative arrangements if desired.

2. Early Return:

   • If you decide to return the houseboat before the end of the rental period, there will be no refunds for the unused rental period.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
   • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Inclement Weather:

   • In the event of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe navigation, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
   • If your reservation is affected by inclement weather, we will work with you to find alternative dates or provide a refund if preferred.

5. Refunds for Services Not Utilized:

   • Refunds will not be provided for any services or amenities included in the rental package that were not utilized during the rental period.
